Retail Supermarket Staff- cashiers, butchers, bakers, security officer, floor sales assistant & service staff

MH Supermarkets, part of Carpenters Fiji Limited and serving Fiji since 1868, is looking for motivated, customer-focused people to join the team at MH Superfresh – Tamavua. We're hiring across several store roles and offer a supportive team, a positive work environment and real opportunities for career growth.

Cashiers: Process customer transactions accurately, handle cash and EFTPOS payments, balance tills and deliver friendly service at checkout. Butchers: Cut, trim, prepare and package meat products, maintain display quality, and follow food safety and hygiene standards. Bakers: Prepare and bake bread and pastry products to quality standards, manage production schedules and keep the bakery area clean. Security Officer: Monitor the store and premises, prevent loss and theft, assist customers and staff, and respond to incidents. Floor Sales Assistants: Stock and face shelves, rotate products, check pricing, assist customers and keep aisles clean and organised. Service Staff: Support daily store operations, help customers, and keep service areas clean and well presented.

Eagerness to learn Completion of secondary school education (or equivalent) Relevant trade or food handling training for butchers and bakers Security training or certification for the Security Officer role Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
