TEMPORARY CUSTOMER RELATIONS

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused and motivated individuals to join our Sportsworld team as Temporary Customer Relations Officers. The successful candidates will assist customers, support daily store operations and ensure an excellent shopping experience while maintaining high standards of customer service

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service. Assist customers with product enquiries, product selection and recommendations. Maintain product displays, store presentation and merchandising standards. Support sales activities and contribute to achieving store targets. Assist with stock replenishment, pricing and product availability. Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when required. Maintain cleanliness, organisation and safety within the store. Follow company policies, procedures and customer service standards.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Good presentation and professional conduct. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required. Previous retail or customer service experience will be an advantage.
