Requirements
Engaging, results-oriented agent focused on maximizing revenue and guest engagement. Adept at handling inquiries, upselling, and delivering tailored presentations. Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Admin, or Communications. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, customer-focused communication. Proven ability to drive sales, handle high call volumes, adapt to dynamic environments. Willingness to work flexible hours (weekends, evenings, holidays). Proficient in reservation software, CRM, and administrative tools.
