Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a hotel/restaurant. Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to supervise and motivate kitchen staff, manage priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently under pressure. Must have sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, preparation, and kitchen operations. Flexibility for rotating rosters, including weekends and holidays, is essential. Candidates need excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to high food quality and presentation. Experience in high-volume luxury dining, menu engineering, operational cost control, workflow optimization, waste minimization, and team mentoring is required.
