TALENT & CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

The Talent & Capacity Development Officer will design, co-ordinate and deliver structured training and development programs across the Company. The role is critical in develop organizational capability, strengthening employee performance, and promoting a culture of continuous learning. This role will report to the General Manager - People & Culture.

Develop, review and update training and talent development policies, procedures and guidelines. Monitor training budgets and ensure cost-effective utilisation. Prepare and update the annual training plan for the organisation. Develop, review and implement training and talent development programs. Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new employees. Identify training and development needs across departments and recommend appropriate interventions. Maintain accurate training records and prepare monthly training and development reports. Support performance improvement initiatives through targeted coaching and capability-building activities. Ensure training aligns with organisational policies, procedures and compliance requirements. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements for future programs. Maintain training records and learning management tracking system. Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments and ROI analysis.

A diploma or a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field. Completion of Training of Trainers modules and a registered Training Officer. A minimum of three (3) years' experience in training delivery, facilitation or people development. Proven experience in training and grant scheme method A. Demonstrated passion for learning and development, with creativity, and a proactive approach to strengthening organisational capability. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with excellent written and verbal abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications. A valid Group 2 driver's license.
