Candidates need a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar hotel/resort role, excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, immaculate presentation, and grooming. Must be able to work a flexible roster (including weekends/public holidays), thrive in a fast-paced environment both independently and in a team, multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate effective listening and customer-caring attitude.
