Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar hotel/resort role, strong understanding of hospitality operations & service excellence. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service, presentation, grooming, ability to work rotating rosters, strong multi-tasking & time management, positive team-oriented attitude, ability to work independently, excellent listening & problem-solving skills, commitment to guest needs, proactive, self-motivated, initiative, and enthusiasm.
