Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and handle high-pressure situations. Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, ensuring consistent service during very busy operations. Attention to detail and accountability ensuring accuracy and consistency in all duties.
