The role involves overseeing hotel operations during shifts, ensuring guest and staff safety, excellent service delivery, and effective inter-departmental communication.

The role involves overseeing hotel operations during shifts, ensuring guest and staff safety, excellent service delivery, and effective inter-departmental communication.

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar hotel leadership role, strong leadership & team management skills, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability, guest-focused with passion for service excellence, good knowledge of hotel systems & operations, flexible to work various shifts (day/night/weekends/holidays). Valid driver's license is an advantage.
