Minimum 1 year experience in a similar hotel/resort role with strong hospitality operations and service excellence. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Immaculate personal presentation. Flexibility to work busy shifts (weekends, evenings, public holidays). Strong multitasking, time management, positive team-oriented attitude, ability to work independently, excellent listening, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, self-motivated approach with initiative and enthusiasm.
