Requirements
Previous experience in hotel reservations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, friendly, professional, service-oriented, strong attention to detail and accuracy, good computer skills with reservation system knowledge, ability to multitask under pressure, understanding of hotel procedures/room types, able to work shifts/weekends/holidays, a positive team player. High school diploma required; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
