Requirements
3-5+ years' experience in hotel Sales & Marketing or similar senior commercial role. Proven track record in sales, new business generation, and MICE/corporate/wholesale sales. Strong knowledge of Fiji's tourism market, excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills. Ability to lead a team, understand hotel KPIs, and be proactive. Valid driver's license and computer literacy required. International brand experience is a plus.
