Cove Management Limited (CML) is a leading hotel management company in Fiji, managing and operating hotels under the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand. We seek a talented Digital Programmer to join our team and help drive innovation and digital solutions across our hotel operations.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance hotel systems, websites, and digital platforms (e.g., PMS, CRS, booking engines, internal tools). Write, test, and deploy clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hotel systems and digital channels. Work with stakeholders to identify and implement technology solutions. Ensure data security, system performance, and regular backups. Provide ongoing support and training to hotel staff.
Requirements
Has a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Has 2+ years of hands-on experience in programming, systems development, or IT support (preferably in hospitality). Is proficient in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, Python, or similar, and has experience with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.). Has strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Communicates well and works effectively in a team. Is adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
