Responsibilities
Supervise daily hotel operations, monitor service delivery, resolve issues, maintain high guest satisfaction, ensure compliance with health/safety regulations, prepare shift reports, enforce hotel policies, and coordinate departments for seamless guest experience.
Requirements
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management, min. 3 years' experience as Duty Manager or supervisor, strong knowledge of hotel operations/guest service, good leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, PMS/MS Office skills preferred, understanding of hotel safety/service standards.
