Job Description
Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) seeks a motivated fresh graduate for its IT team to support and maintain modern cloud and network infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Intune, network firewalls, wireless networks, and cloud networking in a production environment. You will collaborate with senior team members, learn best practices, and gradually take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to critical alerts, assist with Microsoft 365 administration and support (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, security & compliance), support Azure resources and cloud networking, manage devices via Microsoft Intune, assist with network infrastructure tasks (firewall rules, wireless network, cloud network connectivity), troubleshoot network connectivity, user access, and endpoint problems, document processes, participate in ticket resolution, user support, and continuous improvement, follow security best practices.
Requirements
Flexible working hours. Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting, routing), foundational knowledge of network security (firewalls, access control, threat awareness), familiarity with Microsoft 365/Azure fundamentals, basic understanding of endpoint management (Microsoft Intune), ability to troubleshoot connectivity/user access, good analytical/problem-solving skills, clear communication, willingness to learn new tools/technologies, attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, handle high pressure/fast-paced situations.
