*Product Artefact Content Specialist

Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is seeking a clear thinker and strong writer to join their new end-to-end credit management application team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who enjoys transforming complex information into clear, useful content, managing documentation for PRISM as part of the new in-house Artefacts Team.

Help set up the new Artefacts Team, shape content creation/management, write/maintain product, technical, maintenance, release, user, training materials, frameworks, policies. Gather info from SMEs, participate in workshops, keep content organized, improve templates, work in agile environment, support diagram/visual creation.

Flexible hours (8 pm-5 am FJT), recent graduate with writing/research degree, excellent written communication/editing, ability to simplify complex info, strong organization/detail, proactive, confident with technical/non-technical people, eager to learn new systems/tools, experience in documentation/digital content/content management, familiar with agile/product environments, experience with Confluence/Notion/SharePoint/Markdown, interest in fintech/credit/enterprise systems.
