Job Description
South Sea Cruises Group (SSCG) is Fiji's leading marine tourism and hospitality operator. This role reports directly to the General Manager – People & Culture and is responsible for leading the day-to-day operational delivery across South Sea Cruise Group. The role involves shaping a high performing, engaged and future ready workforce, partnering with leaders to strengthen culture, capability and organizational effectiveness, championing a consistent and positive employee experience, and supporting GM P&C in delivering People strategy and priorities.
Responsibilities
Manage employee relations, disciplinary and performance matters. Drive recruitment, retention and workforce planning. Coach managers to lead with confidence and accountability. Use people data to improve workforce performance and capability.
Requirements
Strong HR / People & Culture experience as Manager or Senior Business Partner. Demonstrated expertise in employee life cycle. A confident and influential people leader with strong judgment, communication, coaching and stakeholder management capability with added strong analytical skills. Relevant tertiary qualification in HR/ER or Business Management with HR systems.
