Job Description
Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is seeking three enthusiastic and driven individuals to join their growing team as Test Analysts. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of mortgage servicing systems. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and deployment teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of experience in a testing role and are looking for their next challenge.
Responsibilities
Understand core product suite and design test cases. Analyze and develop complex test data sets. Collaborate with developers, program management, and design teams on technical implementation and user scenarios. Work with deployment teams to resolve system issues. Define and propose tools, techniques, and processes for automation testing. Work within Azure DevOps to build an automated regression pack. Contribute to design and automation of RISM application using Cucumber, Java, Selenium, and IntelliJ IDE. Own assigned tasks, oversee test design, execution, and reporting. Sponsor defect identification and retesting.
Requirements
2-3 years minimum experience in testing. Proficient in Microsoft Office Application. Good technical and operational/process mapping documentation skills. Ability to work in Agile frameworks. Clear ability to identify problems and find collaborative solutions. OOP development basics (classes, objects, inheritance, interface). Selenium WebDriver experience (CSS, XPath, Synchronization, Page Object Model). Knowledge of financial lending beneficial. Experience in developing automated test systems and understanding cloud infrastructure. Ability to handle high pressure and fast-paced situations. Candidate needs to be flexible in working hours (Ideally 8 pm to 4:30 am FJT).
