Job Description
We are seeking motivated and customer‑focused individuals to join our Reservations team as Trainees. This entry‑level role provides hands‑on training in hotel reservations systems, guest communication, and sales techniques, ensuring future success in hospitality operations.
Responsibilities
Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Input and manage bookings accurately in the reservations system.
Assist guests with special requests, modifications, and cancellations.
Support the Reservations team in maximizing occupancy and revenue.
Provide excellent customer service and uphold Hilton brand standards.
Requirements
High school education or equivalent; hospitality studies preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy and ability to learn reservations software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Prior customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required.
