Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail‑oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team as Trainees. This entry‑level role provides hands‑on training in hotel housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet Hilton’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to brand standards.
Assist with linen and laundry management.
Report maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.
Support senior housekeeping staff with daily tasks and special projects.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene practices at all times.
Requirements
High school education or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required.
