Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and selection, including candidate screening and interviews. Participate in onboarding and orientation. Support HR staff in employee relations and conflict resolution. Gain exposure to HR record-keeping and documentation. Contribute to HR projects, such as policy development and training initiatives.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and a passion for HR. Ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
