Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support and administration of financial systems (including ERP platforms). Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT teams and external vendors. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data. Assist in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and analysis. Support month-end and year-end processes. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations. Identify process improvements and recommend system-based solutions. Develop user guides, conduct training, and support end-users. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related field. At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar corporate role. Practical experience with ERP systems. Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and data management. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and good analytical capability. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
