Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily electrical work activities. Lead and support a team of electricians and apprentices. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, workplace health and safety regulations, and company policies. Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers as required.
Requirements
Trade qualification in Electrical Engineering or a Licensed Electrician. Valid Wireman's License. Proven experience in an electrical supervisory role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation. Valid driver's licence (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work on shift including working odd hours.
