Responsibilities
Supervise daily hotel operations, monitor service delivery, and resolve operational issues. Maintain high guest satisfaction, address feedback, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. Prepare accurate shift reports, enforce hotel policies, and coordinate departments for a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
Applicants need a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory hotel role. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. PMS and Microsoft Office skills are preferred, along with an understanding of hotel safety and service standards.
