Responsibilities
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly bank reconciliations; identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies; ensure accurate recording of all bank transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, electronic payments); prepare reconciliation reports; maintain accurate documentation; support internal/external audits; ensure compliance and identify process improvements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; previous experience in bank reconciliation, accounting, or finance preferred; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines; excellent communication and organizational skills.
