Job Description
Morris Hedstrom (MH), Fiji's largest retail supermarket chain with over 19 stores, seeks a motivated and experienced team member. This role is for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build a career in purchasing and supply chain management.
Responsibilities
Assist Buyer in sourcing/ordering products, prepare/process purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, monitor stock levels, coordinate with stores/warehouse, maintain procurement records, assist in price/cost analysis, liaise with Accounts for invoice verification/payments.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field. 1-2 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, or retail operations (preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
