Responsibilities
Oversee financial transactions for the hotel., Monitor daily sales and reports, resolving discrepancies promptly., Ensure supplier invoices are posted correctly and in a timely manner on Xero., Ensure supplier payments are prepared on time (Local and Foreign supplier payments)., Maintain compliance with financial controls, audits, and hotel policies., Prepare VAT, TCC, and PAYE lodgements., Ensure purchase orders are sent in a timely manner.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field., Strong communication and organizational skills., Ability to multitask, adapt, and work effectively under pressure., Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays., Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
