Ensure continuous service delivery during busy operations, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays. Manage tasks and meet operational deadlines effectively. Engage confidently and professionally with guests, colleagues, and management. Contribute to the success of the team and property through proactive and self-motivated efforts. Understand guest needs and provide personalized, caring service.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a hotel/resort environment with strong understanding of hospitality operations. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Impeccable personal presentation and grooming. Ability to work rotating rosters (weekends, evenings, public holidays). Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills. Positive, team-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and independent work ethic.
