Demonstrate strong understanding of hospitality operations and service excellence, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, engage professionally with guests, colleagues, and management, maintain impeccable personal presentation, work rotating rosters including weekends/evenings/holidays, strong multitasking and time management, prioritize departmental tasks, work independently, possess excellent listening and problem-solving skills, commit to understanding guest needs, be proactive, self-motivated, and contribute to team and property success.

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar hotel/resort role. Strong understanding of hospitality operations and service excellence. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to engage professionally with guests, colleagues, and management. Impeccable personal presentation reflecting Wyndham brand. Flexibility for rotating rosters (weekends, evenings, holidays). Strong multitasking and time management. Positive, team-oriented attitude, able to work independently. Excellent listening and problem-solving skills. Proactive, self-motivated, with initiative and enthusiasm.
