Responsibilities
Supervise daily workshop operations, ensure timely, highquality production per drawings, plan and monitor work, maintain tools/equipment, conduct quality checks, ensure safety compliance, interpret technical drawings, train team, maintain records, identify improvements, and ensure a clean, safe, organized work environment.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 24 years experience in sheetmetal/metal fabrication. Knowledge of sheetmetal/stainless steel materials, fabrication methods, tools, and industry standards. Basic understanding of drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
