Responsibilities
Supervise Night Audit operations, ensure accurate daily financial procedures, monitor overnight operations, resolve guest issues, deliver excellent service, ensure policy compliance, complete Night Audit reports, revenue balancing, financial reconciliations, prepare shift reports, and coordinate with departments for smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar hotel/resort role. Strong communication & organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, be flexible, handle high pressure. Flexibility for rotating roster (weekends, evenings, public holidays). Ensure consistent service delivery. Attention to detail & problem-solving skills.
