Responsibilities
Supervise daily hotel operations, monitor service delivery, and resolve operational issues. Maintain high guest satisfaction by addressing feedback professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. Prepare accurate daily shift reports and handover notes. Enforce adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards. Coordinate with departments for seamless guest experience.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar hotel/resort role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, be flexible, and handle highーーsolving skills.pressure situations.
