Responsibilities
Supervise daily F&B operations, monitor service delivery, resolve issues, maintain high guest satisfaction, ensure compliance with health/safety/security regulations, prepare accurate shift reports/handover notes, enforce hotel policies/procedures, and ensure effective interdepartmental coordination for seamless guest experience.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar hotel/resort role. Strong communication & organizational skills. Ability to multitask, be flexible, handle highpressure situations. Flexibility for rotating rosters (weekends, evenings, public holidays) ensuring consistent service. Attention to detail & problemsolving skills.
