Job Description
Seeking an experienced and detailoriented Branch Accounts Supervisor to join our finance team. Responsible for overseeing branch financial operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting efficient accounting processes across MH branches.
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly accruals, assist with audits, ensure timely reimbursements, attend stocktakes, ensure compliance with SOPs/policies/internal controls, conduct daily control checks, oversee/manage financial operations of MH branches, prepare/analyze financial reports (P&L), assist with budgeting/forecasting, ensure compliance with financial regulations (IFRS), collaborate with departments for decisionmaking, identify process improvements, train/supervise Chief Clerks, conduct surprise cash counts, ensure daily receipt/banking controls & document submission to Head Office, submit monthly sales/cost of sales/trading reports/journal entries to Operations Accountant by 7th, carry out additional duties.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting or branch finance operations. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls. Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, supervisory, and problemsolving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
