Job Description
The Meter Attendant position is based at Energy Fiji Limited's Navutu Depot in Lautoka, reporting to the Team Leader Revenue Services. The incumbent will provide meter-reading services and manage the disconnection of overdue customer accounts for EFL, playing a vital role in ensuring reliable power supply for homes, businesses, and communities across Fiji.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include reading electricity meters and entering consumption figures, disconnecting overdue customer accounts as authorized, checking meters for tampering or damage, verifying disconnected meters haven't been reconnected improperly, ensuring service fuse box seals are intact, noting meter location corrections, following all processes, and performing other delegated duties.
Requirements
Candidates must have a very good pass in the Fiji School Leaving Certificate with strong marks in English and Mathematics. A valid group two (2) (not provisional) driver's license is mandatory.
