Responsibilities
Supervise daily hotel operations, monitor service delivery, resolve issues, maintain guest satisfaction, ensure compliance with regulations, prepare reports, enforce policies, and coordinate departments for a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar hotel/resort role, strong communication & organizational skills, ability to multi-task, flexibility for rotating rosters (weekends/evenings/holidays), attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
