Responsibilities
Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning and service consistency. Monitor service delivery, resolve operational issues, and maintain high guest satisfaction by addressing feedback professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. Prepare accurate shift reports and handover notes. Enforce adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards. Coordinate all operational departments for a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar hotel/resort role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and handle high-pressure situations. Must be flexible to work rotating rosters, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, ensuring consistent service delivery during busy operations. Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
