The Head Butler leads the butler team in delivering exceptional luxury hospitality, overseeing daily operations of villa and suite service, coordinating guest requests, managing VIP experiences, and supporting the resort in creating memorable stays. South Sea Cruises Group is Fiji's experienced marine tourism operator with a modern fleet and popular day trip islands.
Responsibilities
Provide a warm and personalized welcome to guests, ensuring seamless check-in, stay, and departure experiences. Anticipate guest needs and preferences to deliver customized services such as private dining, excursions, and special celebrations. Serve as the main point of contact for VIP and high-profile guests, always ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements
Diploma In Hospitality Management or related field preferred, with minimum 3 years' experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory butler or guest relation role. Prior experience in a luxury island resort, cruise ship, or 5-star hotel is highly desirable.
