Minimum 3 years experience in a similar hotel/resort role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Immaculate presentation and grooming. Ability to work flexible rosters, including weekends/public holidays. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team. Must multitask, prioritize, listen effectively, understand, and possess a customer-caring attitude.
