Responsibilities
Oversee daily F&B operations (restaurant, bar, banquets), monitor service, resolve issues, ensure high guest satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, ensure food safety/hygiene, prepare shift reports, follow hotel policies/brand standards, and coordinate with kitchen/service/other departments.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role. Ability to multi-task, be flexible, handle high pressure. Flexible for rotating roster (weekends, evenings, public holidays). Attention to detail, accountability, accuracy, and consistency in duties.
