Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations, department meetings, and training. Identify product improvement opportunities. Monitor and conduct sales. Conduct staff reviews, advise Manager on performance, and update staff on promotions. Ensure timely stock transfers, refills, and stock takes. Manage staff attendance, daily sales records, bulk orders, customer service, and staffing levels. Encourage staff to meet sales targets and perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements
Certificate Level in Customer Service or related field. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage. Basic understanding of office and computer software/hardware. Must have flexibility with working hours. Possess good communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently, manage time, and deal with changing priorities and work demands.
