Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations, disseminate department meetings, identify product opportunities, manage staff, ensure stock accuracy, maintain store ambiance, handle customer complaints, and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
Certificate Level in Customer Service or related field, previous experience in a similar role (advantage), understanding of office and computer software, flexibility, good communication, efficient time management, and ability to deal with changing priorities.
