Responsibilities
Hiring for: Revenue/Sales Officer, Reservations Agent, Guest Service Agent, Night Auditor, Audit Officer, Linen Controller, Room Attendant, Housekeeping Supervisor, Handyman, Security/Property Officer.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a hotel/resort environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Immaculate presentation and grooming standards. Agility to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays. Capability to work in a fast paced environment, multitask, prioritize, effective listening, and customer caring attitude.
