Responsibilities
Manage daily banking, reconcile cash/cheque collections, allocate customer payments, reconcile loading slips, resolve queries, monitor outstanding receivables, conduct follow-ups, generate aging reports, discuss collection strategies, ensure compliance with credit policies, assist in cash flow forecasting, and work with Suva team on disputes and account management.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail, high accuracy, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
