Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure smooth restaurant operations, maintain food/beverage quality and cleanliness, obtain customer feedback, handle complaints, ensure effective communication, conduct meetings, ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment, follow up on maintenance, recommend improvements, and update daily log books.
Requirements
Previous working experience (min 3 years) as an F&B Supervisor. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to motivate and lead. Knowledge of sanitation principles, food safety standards, banking trends, and best practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
