Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations, department meetings, and training. Identify product improvements, initiate sales, conduct staff reviews, update staff on promotions, manage stock transfers, refills, and stock takes. Ensure daily staff attendance and sales records are updated. Maintain bulk areas, ensure customer attendance, adequate staffing, and meet sales targets. Perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements
Certificate Level in Customer Service or related field. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage. Basic understanding of office and computer systems/software. Must be flexible with working hours. Possess good communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently, manage time, and deal with changing priorities and work demands.
