MECHANICAL SERVICES PTE LIMITED is hiring a Warehouse Officer in Nadi. This role involves managing incoming materials, ensuring proper storage, maintaining inventory records, and conducting stock counts. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse/storekeeping and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, tools, equipment, and spare parts against delivery notes and purchase orders., Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of stock in the warehouse according to company procedures., Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock management systems regularly., Conduct routine stock counts and periodic inventory audits., Ensure proper handling and safe storage of mechanical equipment, tools, and consumables.
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)., Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or storekeeping roles., Experience in construction, engineering, or mechanical services industry is an advantage., Basic knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management procedures., Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)., Valid driver's license (advantageous).
