Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
Change linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies.
Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor.
Follow cleaning standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned on time and to high standards.
Assist guests politely and professionally when needed.
