Job Description
Administer, maintain, and optimize the organization’s ERP system.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level ERP support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with business units to identify process improvements and digitization opportunities.
Lead ERP-related enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other business systems.
Work with ICT leadership to align ERP capabilities with strategic goals.
Support the transition towards AI, RPA, and analytics-driven solutions.
Develop documentation, training materials, and conduct user training to increase adoption
Responsibilities
Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations.
Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions and integrations.
Exposure to AI, RPA, or Business Intelligence tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
