Nature's Way Cooperative (NWC) is a pivotal agribusiness established in 1995 to support Fiji's horticultural export industry. The cooperative owns and operates a critical quarantine treatment facility at Nadi International Airport, which uses High Temperature Forced Air (HTFA) technology. This treatment is mandatory for fresh produce such as papaya, mango, breadfruit, and eggplant to meet the strict biosecurity standards of importing countries. By providing essential treatment, grading, and packing services, NWC enables its member growers and exporters to access lucrative international markets, playing a vital role in the livelihoods of hundreds of farmers and the broader Fijian economy.
